Storag.ai provides a RAG-as-a-Service (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform designed exclusively for e-commerce stores. Our service offers semantic product search capabilities through API access, enabling online stores to integrate AI-powered search directly into their storefronts. Our services include product catalog ingestion, semantic search, and API endpoints for integration with chatbots and applications.

Storag.ai is intended for direct use by e-commerce store owners and operators. The service is not intended for intermediaries, agencies, or platforms that wish to resell, white-label, or redistribute Storag.ai capabilities to third parties.

3. Account registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
• Resell, white-label, sublicense, or redistribute the service in any form. Storag.ai is strictly for direct use by e-commerce stores. Any resale or redistribution of the service, its API access, or its functionality to third parties is expressly prohibited
• Use the service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

5. Pricing and payment

Our services are offered under various pricing tiers as displayed on our website. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees according to the billing terms

• Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Najdi dárky, s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
